Early in the morning on October 7, on a day like any other, every news channel starts talking about the same piece of news: last night the world lost contact with Mongolia.

Mongolia, along with others have been uncomfortable with the role China played and, despite the revelation that they'd been working with Witches very little sanctions had been placed against it and it continued.

Speculations start flying about what is going on and whether this is a sign of protest on the side of Mongolia.

Then later that afternoon chilling footage from within the Mongolian capital was put on the internet.

The king has become a Kishin by consuming the souls of his people.

The footage is revealed to come from the Witch Medusa who issues a challenge to Death City and the world.

Come get us...if you dare.

The reason for this happening isn't clear, but Shibusen can't ignore this issue. By evening, Shibusen and its allies will head out.

Soul Campaign's final event mission will take place on August 20th - August 22nd (IC October 7). We'll push the day change back by a day so people have time to plot. Due to this being the last event there will be a couple of differences:

1. Rewards will be handwaved.
2. There will be no Kishin Eggs, only two threads, one to fight Medusa and another to fight the Mongolian king turned Kishin. Each will function as if multiple pairs are fighting the same enemy unless otherwise specified.
3. There will be no official sign up, owing mostly to time constraints.

The mission is for partnered pairs only. Feel free to use this post to coordinate!

Any questions or concerns you might have should be directed here.

The recent string of random, inexplicable seismic activity finally hits Death City! It's not your usual earthquake, however. More like something underground just slammed against the earth's crust. Sounds silly and impossible, doesn't it? However, people who are outside the Holocaust Mall or thereabouts IC September 26th (OOC July 11-14) will see a large bulge in the ground as if that's exactly what happened. And there's a spike of what feels awfully like Madness there for the briefest moment...

How your character deals with that is up to you, but there's more to it than just that and it will be covered in an NPC post later this week.

For now, there's something else that needs addressing and that's that during this event powers will be briefly regained during IC September 28th (OOC July 18-21) when the Kishin Ashura ends up in Death City. More details will be given for that later, for now, we need you to sign up for this part of the event!

Everyone who wants to regain powers need to reply to this thread. Please remember that all powers must be approved before they can be used in the event.

As usual, any questions or concerns can be addressed here.

Hey, Soul Campaigners!

The terror that swept over Death City fades after the day is done, though maybe there are some lingering chills that really are all in your characters heads.

Concerned about this new power, Shibusen agents had gone out of their way to discover the source...and they've tracked it to Witches.

According to Shibsusen agents the machine they are using appears to be powered by soul wavelength. And the power it exhibits is close enough to what happened when newcomer Diablo went on a rampage that they highly suspect it's his soul that was put into it.

They tracked the Witches to Europe and now it's time to take them down before they can do any more damage with the machine!

The attack will take place September 22 ICly/June 27-30 OOCly. There will be Kishin Eggs as well as witch familiars so the mission will be open to partnered pairs as well as individuals whom Shibusen will provide with weapons.

Due to its proximity to the app cycle, newbies are naturally free to sign up as well!

Rewards:
► 7 Meister points / souls (for Meisters and Weapons, respectively.)
► 950D$ per person
► Weapons may choose not to eat their souls, but they cannot be traded amongst each other.
► Sign ups for the missions go here. In order for your characters to receive the rewards, you must at least provide a summary of what happened. If you don't have a planned partner just put N/A.

Feel free to use this post to co-ordinate with each other!

Everyone is afraid of something. That's a truth universally acknowledged by almost everyone, but some are more afraid than others and this month, your characters may wish this weren't true.

Staring on September 18th (June 13th), a pervading feeling of unease will begin to spread in Death City. It starts out innocuously enough. People may surprise more easily, and maybe they'll look over their shoulders more often than they normally do when they're on their way home at night.

Or maybe they'll see something they're afraid of out of the corner of their eyes. But, of course, when they turn around there's nothing there.

Or maybe it was only a tree's shadow on the building instead of a claw and there might be a moment of relief and maybe even wry humour. Because how foolish was that? But the feeling of unease will return quickly.

And on September 19th (June 17th) it steadily gets worse until September 20th (June 20th) when things get to a breaking point and one person after another falls prey to panic attacks as they see the things they are most afraid of everywhere...and in some cases, in everyone.

For example, someone who's afraid of clowns will find everyone they see (and maybe a few trees as well) looking distinctly...clownish. Or maybe you're afraid of drowning and suddenly everywhere you go there's water rising higher and higher.

It will fade just after midnight on that last day. In the mean time, try not to stab anyone out of panic.

As usual, feel free to use this post to coordinate and any questions can be directed here.

So, the threat of the Kishin Adachi has been neutralized. Matsue will begin to rebuild and some of the population in the city has taken this as a sign that the war is moving forward.

The victory did not come without a cost, however. Katsuragi Yako and Tsunashi Takuto lost their lives during the attack on Adachi. However, upon examining their bodies, Shibusen finds something...odd. Odd, and very troubling...

When they're more certain of what's going on, they'll consult with a few guests before making the information known.

In addition to that, the player plot involving Genesis will be kicking off. This is meant as a sort of background plot which will come to a head in July.

Any further questions about the event can be directed to this post!

Hey, Soul Campaigners!

Now that you've got some training with the Yellow Fog under your belts, it's almost time do deal with the real thing.

On September 11th (day change of May 20th) a mirror connection will be set up and everyone will be headed for a town in Japan known as Matsue.

What was once a bustling town has now become a ghost town after Adachi settled there and turned it into his personal playground for a couple of days.

Adachi himself has taken up residence in the Adachi Art Museum (for what should be pretty obvious reasons), but getting there won't be easy.

There is the Yellow Fog, first of all, becoming especially thick the closer you get to the museum. The effects of the Yellow Fog is detailed in a previous post. The difference this time is that, with Adachi so close, rejecting your Shadow will cause it to become a large, rampaging monster, so bear that in mind.

Secondly, there will be also be Reapers hanging around the place. And by hanging around, what I really mean is that they will stalk characters in the fog. Their arrival is heralded by sound of rattling chains. They are incredibly powerful and most likely to sneak up on those engaged in battle.

There is also a high concentration of Madness in the city, coming from the Kishin Adachi.

The Madness has had another effect on the city which is to drive citizens to killing each other and eating the souls of innocents turning them into Kishin Eggs. So there will be Kishin Eggs throughout the city in addition to everything else.

Fun stuff.

There will be a separate thread for those who want to challenge the Kishin but it should be noted that only Three Star Meister/Deathscythe partners will stand any real chance at doing damage to the Kishin. So like a witch encounter, really.

Salutations, Soul Campaigners!

So, as of September 7th ICly, the city has been notified about the situation with a previous Guest by the name of Adachi by Kanji Tasumi and Naoto Shirogane via a network post.

They also mention something about training.

Here's more information about that: for two IC days (September 8th to 9th Icly, which is May 9th to 15th) a section of a collapse underground tunnel will be available for those who want to try dealing with the effects of the fog to train and try dealing with their shadows.

More information about the yellow fog (lovingly lifted from the original mod post about its effect with some minor edits):

cut for tl;dr )

Feel free to use this post to coordinate, another sign up post for the mission to take down the Kishin will be going up in about a week.

Hey, Soul Campaigners!

A while ago, the people of San Jose, Costa Rica were finally able to return home after the evacuation.

On three month anniversary, a monument to remember the lives lost was unveiled. Two days later, the government received a threat.

Or rather, a politely worded letter declaring an intent to invade the city, signed by our friend the witch, Hachi.

Due to the fact that it involves a witch, the government of Costa Rica approaches Shibusen once again.

However, there is one key difference from last time: the people have had enough of running.

Children and other non-combatants will be evacuated, but many of the locals have chosen to volunteer to fight. They've just returned home, for better or for worse, they're not leaving.

Unfortunately, that may cause more problems than not...

April's event as mentioned before will happen from September 1st to September 2nd ICly (April 15th - 21st OOCly)

Well, that was a doozy, wasn't it?

The fighting continues late into the day and, eventually, the Witches retreat, though the Kishin Eggs don't retreat with them. (Why? Well, they may have wanted a bit of a distraction as the absconded with an unexpected find...)

They leave the machine behind too, but it was set to self-destruct so that Shibusen couldn't glean anything from the thing. Anyone who would like to try though, could contact Shibusen but it's pretty thoroughly trashed.

So by late evening, the effects of the machine have already let up and the city falls into a peaceful lull.

Sometime during all the hubub the Diablo (the Guest who had been causing so much trouble) seems to have left the city as well, leaving destruction in his wake. Where did he go? Who knows. But, curiously enough, there were no more sightings of him after the Witches left.

Due to a combination of the attack, the Witches, the machine and Diablo, there's quite a bit of destruction in the city and Meisters are reccomended to take a trip to the clinic to make sure that all is well.

Meisters will probably wake up this morning feeling mroe tired than usual and, depending on the Meister Ability, they may even suffer from some aches and pains as well.

Have fun with that.

If you have any questions feel free to ask here!

First off: SORRY THIS POST COMES SO LATE. There were some details that needed to be ironed out before this post was made. So, many apologies for that!

Now, without further ado...

On August 22 in-game, BREW brings in a new batch of Guests, for some odd reason, rather late in the evening. It's different, but Shibusen just shrugs and rolls with it, contacting potential tour guides to come and greet the newbies.

However things don't go exactly as planned when one of the newcomers attacks and injures one of the tour guides (and does some property damage in the process). Within the hour, the local authorities, the Watch and the Agency will be contacted informing them of this event. The public will be told of a dangerous individual with four arms as well.

Of course (because when it rains it pours), the Guests will find that they don't have time to chase down this man. Unfortunately, some Witches have been thinking about other ways to deal with Meisters with Soul Perception and they've come up with an idea that one of them will be testing out in Death City around midnight.

It's a machine that amplifies Meister abilities.

While that may sound like something that would actually help, it amplifies them to the point where they become too strong to control.

That means powers will sometimes flare up or may even be working constantly in ways that characters aren't used to them doing. It also means that Meisters will feel drained more often. Beyond that, players are free to decide what that means, exactly, for their character's ability, but here are some examples:

Meisters with abilities that sacrifice resonance to use might find it extremely difficult to resonate as the ability is almost permanently in use or working with such intensity everytime it can burn through even the best resonance in a very short amount of time.

Abilities that grant the Meister extrasensory abilities will find it near impossible to focus with these abilites, probably because they see/hear/sense too many things or because they just can't control what they're sensing only that when they do sense it, they sense it with a freakish kind of clarity.

For abilities that affect the state of others, it might affect them too well. For example someone with Calming Wavelength may find that everyone around them is acting...well. Too calm. Maybe even listless and unworried about potentially being eaten by a Kishin Egg.

Because, of course, the Witches aren't just going to sit around doing nothing. Once the machine is activated, an attack will be launched on the city. There will be Kishin Eggs and also a witch in the fight.

For this event you can choose to fight a Witch. So if you want to do that, remember to fill out the appropriate section when signing up for the mission.

The results of the investigations from before have been announced by your resident Death God.

The result of that is a mission to clear out Hachi's lab which is filled with, you guessed it, more Clowns. All clues found so far indicate that Hachi herself is no longer there, but who knows what else she may have left behind.

The mission will take place on August 16th ICly which is February 18th OOCly.

Here is a quick recap of the Clowns and their abilities...

Purple Clowns : have the ability to seemingly sap people's energies though it is weak and not very effective and is limited to 10 meters. They also have regenerative abilities that allow them to recover from minor wounds almost instantaneously though anything bigger will take more time.

Mustard Yellow Clowns : have one eye that is red and one that us blue (though why anyone would want to be close enough to see this is) these ones have psychic powers including creating psychic energy blasts and manipulating materials.

Silver Clowns : Shape shifting, increased strength and speed. The shape shifting is incredibly crude, often barely looking like what it's supposed to be turning into and when it does succeed, it's usually without much adornments. Weak to electricity.

Red Clowns : These fast Clowns have elongated pieces extending from the top of its head as if...it had hair? It is capable of instantly stealing/plundering the heat/energy of any target it can see. This typically results in the target getting lit on fire as it takes the heat away from her target that the surrounding air is too hot, hence producing flame. These Clowns are so near-sighted they're practically blind as bats though so as long as you keep your distance or, if you are forced to be in close quarters, kill it fast you should be safe...maybe.

As these enemies can be killed by normal weapons (with great difficulty) unpaired characters are allowed to sign up. Weapons will be provided for people without partners.

Rewards:
► 7 Meister points / souls (for Meisters and Weapons, respectively.) Though there are no kishin eggs to be found on this mission, Shibusen will pull from their stock of souls to redistribute!

Find a partner or maybe just other people to hunt Clowns with.

Hello, Soul Campaign!

Remember last month when Hachi's experimental Clowns attacked Death City, well, once Shibusen was sure they had all the bird keychains that were acting as homing beacons collected and destroyed, they decided it was time to do some investigating around the resort where these things came from. After looking into it, they determined that the resort owner really hadn't know about the keychains, the Clowns or Hachi's plans.

They did, however, find a few suspicious rumours and clues that need to be followed up on.

This is where you come in!

On August 13th in game (February 7th OOCly), anyone who signs up to investigate will go to the ski resort in Oregon and...well. Investigate! SIGN UPS ARE OPEN UNTIL SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 8TH.

How this will work:

1. Characters must be signed up in pairs, perferably with at least one Weapon and a Meister. They don't need to be regular partners, mind.

2. Sign up here using the form provided

4. You will get a reply about what your characters will find! Results will be determined by RNG.

NOTE: While only a couple of people will find plot relevant information and there are a couple of special results, everyone will find something, even if it just happens to be Clowns. These will be determined by RNG. Also, each clue can be signed up for multiple times but each pair can only sign up for one clue to investigate.

And now, without further ado, here are the things to be investigated: Behind this cut there be mysteries. )

Any questions should be directed here.

Feel free to use this post to find partners for this event and to coordinate with each other!

EDIT: All participating characters will receive D$2000 per character.

It's been a while since we've heard from the bird Witches that captured and experimented with guests in Chile, Argentina and Bolivia. Some people have probably put that incident out of their minds. (Definitely not a couple of you who have developed a vendetta against Hachi of course.) After all, bad things have a habit of happening and then no longer being an issue...

Well, up until the moment they become an issue again.

Early in the morning on August 5th (Day Change of January 10th), those Guests who had brought back tiny stuffed hummingbirds from the skii trip will find that their eyes start to oulse with a faint glow. It certainly looks harmless enough even if you can't turn it off.

Anyone who believes that is wrong though.

Hachi has created clowns who bear only a superficial similarity to humans in that most of them have fours limbs and a head...and they're using the small plush birds as homing beacons. Fighting them reveals that these things seem to possess the powers of the Guests who were previously attacked!

There are four kinds of Clowns that will attack the city, some of them have slightly different shapes, but the easiest way to tell them apart is colour. Here are the abilities and weaknesses they will have!

These Clowns are basically blind as bats though so as long as you keep your distance or, if you are forced to be in close quarters, kill it fast you should be safe...maybe.

NOTE: only abilities that could be feasibly recreated have been used. (As much as I would love to have Clowns that summoned Personas.)

Hello, Soul Campaigners!

As of this day change, Shibusen have managed to get their hands back on BREW and things have died down a little.

Though they were able to fix BREW things don't go exactly as planned. They managed to get all items sent back, the creatures though, some of them ended up not going. Due to the dangerous nature of so many of the creatures, anything that's left behind will be rounded up and shipped off to an uninhabited island in an undisclosed location.

ICly, this is completely by random, but OOCly you can choose to have whatever you requested sent back! Just comment here with what creature you want sent back!

As for the designation switch: everyone will return to normal with the next day change (the 21st).

As usual, please direct all questions and concerns to the Questions thread!

(This is the last one tonight, I swear.)

So, while your characters have been running around dealing with the chaos, Shibusen's been busy trying to figure out what the heck is wrong with BREW!

Unfortunately, they haven't had much luck and to make things worse, on July 19 (in game) something snatches BREW away! And by something we mean a dinosaur and by snatching we mean it ate it. Of course, BREW makes this more difficult by bringing in more than one of these things. In fact they will be all over Death City.

They're quite small. Well, small for a dinosaur, anyway. They're not particularly dangerous because they're herbivores. They're fast though, so it won't be that easy to catch them and they're everywhere.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to round up all these dinosaurs so that Shibusen can retrieve BREW and (try) to fix everything!

Feel free to use this post to put together dinosaur wrangling parties!

Hello, Soul Campaign! We’ve been busy compiling lists and we’re here with more info about the upcoming event! The event will start on the morning of July 14th (this weekend’s day change) with a BREW viewing at Shibusen. During the viewing, a certain incident (brought about by a legendary guest) will cause the malfunction to start, sending characters who signed up for the swap back home for an instant. No time will pass in their home worlds but at least a few minutes will pass in Death City before they reappear, switched to the opposite designation. Characters may reappear in the same place they were before or find themselves in a completely different place.

Below are lists of all the swaps that have been approved already. We’re also including a preliminary list of all things from canon worlds that have been approved so far as well as tentative locations for their initial appearance. Of course, creatures might wander afterwards. And smaller items might be moved by characters but please check with the original requestor first in case they had plans for it. Items and creatures in Set 1 will appear on the day change of July 16th, Set 2 on July 17th, and Set 3 on July 18th. You may also refer to the calendar for an event timeline.

If you would like to swap a character or request things from your character’s world, requests are still open and may be made in the previous event info post. The lists will be updated as additional requests are approved. (EDIT: Additions made after the original posting are denoted by an asterisk.)

Any questions or concerns can be addressed in the Questions thread here. You may also let us know if you’d like a location for one of your canon requests changed or if we missed something that was approved.

Meanwhile, we encourage you to look over the lists, get ideas, and use this post for plotting! Share your plans for your characters during the event, tell us a bit about what’s showing up from their world, find people to try out resonating with, or plot encounters with creatures from other worlds!

Hello, Soul Campaign! Halloween is coming and we have some treats (or should that be tricks?) in store for you! Here is the information for our next event, designed based on ideas suggested by players! This event will take significantly more advance planning than usual so we're posting this early to give players extra time to plot and to give ourselves adequate time to handle the additional mod work.

The first part of this event will be a Meister/Weapon designation swap caused by BREW. Since there have been cases of people being switched before, it might not be obvious something is seriously wrong at first. On the morning of July 14th (October 25th OOC), characters will briefly disappear from Death City, sent home by BREW for a split second and without any canon updating. A few minutes to a few hours later, they will reappear in Death City, changed to the opposite designation. This will last for approximately a week IC. The swap is opt-in but part two of the event will include an extra incentive for those who participate!

For Weapons switching to Meisters, you may choose an ability from the list of existing Meister abilities or propose one of your own. Choices are subject to approval and should be submitted here.

For Meisters switching to Weapons, you should choose a Weapon form and ability. The usual guidelines for Weapon forms and abilities apply, such as all Weapon forms needing to be in one continuous piece. Choices are subject to approval and should be submitted here.

Players are encouraged to be creative and have fun with their choices! Since this is intended to be a light-hearted event and BREW is malfunctioning, it is completely fine to choose Meister abilities and Weapon forms less seriously than you would for a real app! (For example, Morgan LeFlay the pirate hunter might turn into her sword if she were apped normally as a Weapon. But for this event, she might transform into a cannon. Or, even sillier, a glass for a Blood Island Volcano Shot that fills with scalding soul wavelength to be flung at enemies!) It is also fine to choose seriously and as if you were writing a normal app if you wish!

To allow characters to try out combat in their swapped forms, characters are still allowed to sign up for missions during the event. Results will be calculated using their normal modifiers and souls/points will be rewarded for successful missions as usual. Because of the strange situation, Shibusen might ICly advise the new Weapons to hold off on eating any souls and offer to hold them for safekeeping; they'll be given back after the swap ends so the regular Weapons can eat them. (If someone wants to make their Meister turned Weapon temporarily eat one though, we could probably have Kid pull it back out with his shinigami powers.)

After the event, all characters will return to their original designation as Meister or Weapon with all abilities, souls, and Meister points they had prior to the event restored. Possibly with a better understanding and appreciation of what the other does. Or maybe just some funny stories and extra hate for BREW’s shenanigans. But before that happens, there’s part two of the event…

The second part of the event will involve BREW continuing to malfunction and gradually bring in objects and creatures from characters’ canon worlds. This will start slowly on July 16th (November 1st OOC) with small items and get worse over the course of a few days until creatures are running amok all over the city, becoming obstacles, causing mischief and making trouble. Think things like a character’s car blocking the base of the Shibusen stairs, a three-headed monkey stealing all the bananas it can find, a demon taunting people. While some danger can arise out of this, we’re looking more for things that will create chaos rather than a serious life or death battle situation. Characters participating in the Meister/Weapon swap may request two things from their world. Those not participating in the swap may request one.

There are a few restrictions on what can be brought in for this event:
-Nothing with enough personality to be potentially appable as a player character. This is so characters can talk about or encounter creatures from other worlds even if the player isn't canon familiar.
-Nothing that will cause widespread damage. We’d like Death City to still mostly be in one piece after this! BREW can help with this though by weakening monsters. And while creatures characters normally have the ability to summon in canon (Final Fantasy summons, Personas, etc.) can be requested, players should keep in mind that their characters won’t actually be able to summon them here; any such creatures will just be hanging around and doing their own thing.
-Nothing extremely oversized. However, BREW can shrink things such as mecha and giant monsters down to a more manageable size, like the height of an average house. The largest objects and creatures won't show up until near the end of the event.

Requests for things from canon are subject to approval and should be submitted here. Please note that these requests will likely take longer to process because how many things a character can request depends on whether they’re participating in the swap. Therefore, swap requests will have to be handled first. For item/creature requests, feel free to add in your comment if there is a particular place you'd want it to appear!

For reference, lists of everyone’s temporary Meister abilities/Weapon forms will be compiled after approvals and will be posted before the start of the event. A similar list of objects and creatures from canon worlds plus a schedule of when they show up will be created and posted before part two of the event.

Any questions or concerns can be addressed in the Questions thread here. Also, feel free to use this post to coordinate with each other!

ADDENDUM: For item/creature requests, feel free to add in your comment if there is a particular place you'd want it to appear!

Orange here! In retrospect, this should have been included with the last mod post but you know what they say about hindsight.

As mentioned in previous event info, characters will be returning to Death City on the 4th ICly. However, due in part to poor planning on my part and an incredibly spotty internet connection, I realize that this post is horribly late. So in order to give all of you time to plan, the next day change will be postponed by a day. (Though given how I tend to do RP stuff at midnight it's pretty much already the next day anyway). The day change of the fifth will also be pushed back a day but the day change of the sixth will happen on next Friday as usual.

So, how it will look this coming week:

Saturday, September 21: day change of July 4th
Wednesday, September 25: day change of July 5th
Friday, September 27: day change of July 6th

I apologize profusely for any inconveniences this might have caused.

Anyway, onto the event information:

When the characters return to the city, they come back to a city covered in sand and infested with Kishin Eggs. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to clear out the city! It won't be an easy fight because these Kishin Eggs are made to move in the sand, but without the sandstorm providing the enemy with cover they have less of an advantage and it will certainly be harder for them to run away. With perseverance you can clear the city of this infestation!

As for who caused all this to happen...well, you have your favourite terrorist group to thank for that. Of course, Kishin Eggs don't tend to think much about whether their prey are friends or foes...

This mission requires characters to sign up in pairs, but they don't need to be permanent parters or have been partners for any length of time!

Rewards:
► 5 Meister points / souls (for Meisters and Weapons, respectively.)
► 950D$ per person
► Weapons may choose not to eat their souls, but they cannot be traded amongst each other.
► Sign ups for the missions go here. In order for your characters to receive the rewards, you must at least provide a summary of what happened.

Feel free to use this post to co-ordinate with each other!

So, as you all know, there's a sandstorm in Death City and it's gotten bad enough that Shibusen has called for a temporary evacuation of the city!

There will be a log for the people who are leaving the city.

What you need to know for this part:
- everyone will be evacuated through Shibusen's mirror to an underground shelter that is comprised of two large rooms with some bunk beds and benches. A picture will go up with the event log.

- Characters can use the communicator to contact those who are still in the city. However, due to a combination of the distance, the fact that the shelter is underground and the sandstorm causing problems in the city. The signal won't be very good. Imagine like you're trying to talk on the phone to someone with really bad reception. So attempts by people in the shelter to contact the people in the city or vice-versa through the communicators will find their messages very crackly and might even find themselves losing connection at times.

What comes next:

During the next day change, characters will return to the city for stragglers and because Shibusen knows it's around the time when BREW brings in new people. Due to the small volume of apps received this cycle, not everyone is going to get a newbie to thread with. However, characters will be signing up in pairs just so no one gets lost in the sandstorm.

Which is just as well because those who stay behind and those who go back for stragglers will find that there are numerous Kishin Eggs wandering around the streets. Ones that are more suited to the sandstorm environment than your characters that give them an edge. Where did these things come from? Who even knows. But any character who strays from the Inner Districts (and with the sandstorm going full force it's possible) they'll find the gates to Death City wide open...

However, since no one was aware of this, characters are not required to be partnered to volunteer. Characters who sign up on their own will be assigned someone to go with. There's no guarantee they won't be the same designation as you though (good luck with that.) If you want to sign up for this part please fill in the form here.

Greetings, Soul Campaign!

The people who had gone missing have been captured and returned to Death City. As they were brought back to the city, they were taken to the hospital to be operated on and as of today, the chips have been removed from everyone.

For those who were victims, anyone who regained powers will lose them once again and everything, as they say, sort of goes back to normal. The surgery was minor and it won't keep anyone down for long (they will have a nifty scar though). They might have to stay behind though, if they sustained other injuries during the mission.

Any further questions about what happened at the end of the event can be addressed in this post!

Also, many apologies for the fact that this hadn't gone up with the day change post. Somehow I ended up forgetting to hit send last night...
