EVENT: Send in the Clowns
It's been a while since we've heard from the bird Witches that captured and experimented with guests in Chile, Argentina and Bolivia. Some people have probably put that incident out of their minds. (Definitely not a couple of you who have developed a vendetta against Hachi of course.) After all, bad things have a habit of happening and then no longer being an issue...
Well, up until the moment they become an issue again.
Early in the morning on August 5th (Day Change of January 10th), those Guests who had brought back tiny stuffed hummingbirds from the skii trip will find that their eyes start to oulse with a faint glow. It certainly looks harmless enough even if you can't turn it off.
Anyone who believes that is wrong though.
Hachi has created clowns who bear only a superficial similarity to humans in that most of them have fours limbs and a head...and they're using the small plush birds as homing beacons. Fighting them reveals that these things seem to possess the powers of the Guests who were previously attacked!
There are four kinds of Clowns that will attack the city, some of them have slightly different shapes, but the easiest way to tell them apart is colour. Here are the abilities and weaknesses they will have!
Purple Clowns : have the ability to seemingly sap people's energies though it is weak and not very effective and is limited to 10 meters. They also have regenerative abilities that allow them to recover from minor wounds almost instantaneously though anything bigger will take more time.
Mustard Yellow Clowns : have one eye that is red and one that us blue (though why anyone would want to be close enough to see this is) these ones have psychic powers including creating psychic energy blasts and manipulating materials.
Silver Clowns : Shape shifting, increased strength and speed. The shape shifting is incredibly crude, often barely looking like what it's supposed to be turning into and when it does succeed, it's usually without much adornments. Weak to electricity.
Red Clowns : These fast Clowns have elongated pieces extending from the top of its head as if...it had hair? It is capable of instantly stealing/plundering the heat/energy of any target it can see. This typically results in the target getting lit on fire as it takes the heat away from her target that the surrounding air is too hot, hence producing flame. These Clowns are basically blind as bats though so as long as you keep your distance or, if you are forced to be in close quarters, kill it fast you should be safe...maybe.
NOTE: only abilities that could be feasibly recreated have been used. (As much as I would love to have Clowns that summoned Personas.)
