Field Trip!
As Spirit has posted, there will be a field trip on Feb 27 in-game (that is about June 15, 2012). It will be located somewhere in the desert, in patches of Madness that Shibusen has identified.
This post will be to clarify on some points that you guys may be interested in for plot or development purposes.
Spirit actually understates the preparation for this, since in the location themselves there will be plenty of markers and canvas roofing and all those things for identifying which parts of the place to go to for particular training requirements. But! Regardless of the amount of Madness you need for plot/practice, the place will have it and it will be available to you. The area will be cordoned off for the trip, but your character is also free to wander around outside to accidentally hit patches of any sort of Madness you like.
Shibusen will be providing technicians with Calming Wavelength to help settle down people who have had their dose of Madness and can't handle it, or anyone who looks like they are not doing very well with it. There are also people among the guests who have that same ability, so they can also act in this capacity.
Like Spirit said, resonance is a good way to ward off Madness, although there are some instances when the Madness of one can drag down his partner. Some of the characters/partners become dangerous and violent under Madness and may attack others. That is fine, but please coordinate who will ultimately fight them or calm them down later on. Feel free to approach me or any attending NPCs for this, too.

Tossing in Kanji! He's a Meister with quite a few bugs to work out when it comes to resonance, so he's only had substantial practice with a very small handful of people. This can lead to glorious disaster, should you happen to be looking for some!
