Wrapping up

So updating this and heads up. THIS WILL BE HAPPENING NEXT IN GAME DAY

When: 15th December night (14th September in real life)
Where: Red Light district

Cronology:
- Ryoki is seen by the cameras beating up punks
- Near sounds the alarm (NEAR POSTS)
- Ryoki finishes and tries to go back to his room
- Tenten shows up; she faces Ryoki (LOG)
- Miles comes along and with his fancy magic words he stop Ryoki from moving from the place for a while, giving Tenten time to go check on the victims (LOG)
- Sasuke, Mello and Katsura show up and capture Ryo (LOG)
- Prison tiems~

Things:
- The agency will be having a field trip with all the kids, down to the Red Light District (... ahah), for Information gathering about what Ryoki has been doing the last 10 days.
Mostly what Ryoki has been doing is going out each other night to bars. There, he gets in trouble with drunk people, but his targets are young adults or late teenagers. They are always targets he CAN beat up; he never fights someone who is super-strong-super-muscled and while he might exchange few words with those, he only beats up those he knows he can knock down. Ryoki is only satisfying his lust for blood and screams, hence why he doesn't pick a fight with someone that could win.
The time of these attacks are random, but they happen during the night. So far they all happened INSIDE the establishments; Ryoki is usually kicked out. This time it escalated and Ryo dragged the two guys outside to finish, and that's why near caught him on cameras (he was never caught before because there are no cameras inside the bars).
He also steals their money, by the way. No underage drinking, though, RYOKI IS A GOOD BOY.
Also, don't forget Ryoki once tried to rob the clinic for drugs and was arrested for three days at the time. It's not the first time he gets into trouble (won't be the last).

- Finally, to those who capture Ryoki: YOU WILL NEED TO WARN THE WATCH AND SHIBUSEN once this is over.
- And Agency (aka field trip): YOU WILL NEED TO WARN THE WATCH AND SHIBUSEN of what you've found. Also Near I suppose.

- About Haru. He will be watching nearby. Jean, you can assume he sees the whole thing and knows about it all, from the time Ryoki is out on the streets punching the guys, to when he is arrested (or to when the Agency shows).

and YES, "The Things" are what the agency will find, mostly. Ryoki isn't a mastermind, there isn't much else. The bar owners will be able to answer all that. Probably customers too. (you can still rough them up seriously)

Leaving this comment here in case anyone needs to poke me about Agency shenanigans!

When the time comes, Near will post about shenanigans, including security camera footage-- filtered to the Agency, the Watch, and Shibusen. ICly, and to justify the lack of any action towards Ryoki's violence towards others, we are considering that a) any violence has taken place inside bars, so no cameras were in place, b) the owners of said bars did not press charges / just kicked him out, so technically there was nothing that agency/watch could have done. In this event, the violence on Ryoki's part finally escalated enough for him to drag two guys outside to finish them off.

tl;dr: violence escalates and he is finally caught on camera. Hooray!

welp I don't think he does. :|a he can / is going to connect the surveillance system to the communicators of those involved in this, though, so that they get a live feed and explanation of ryoki's movements? it's the only way he can actually track them.

mmhmm, NPCing it up with bar owners/victims is definitely the best option! It may be best to organize who does what / goes with who beforehand, as well; on Near's end, he considers his only job to track ryoki down via surveillance-- he will leave the actual teaming up to the agency members, both because he wants to see if they can organize themselves efficiently, and both because he doesn't really care about ryoki's case. he's a terrible person.
