Attention, Soul Campaign!

We're going to have a big event very soon that will result in your characters temporarily getting back some of their powers. Before that, however, the mods need to see what powers you want your characters to have in Death City during the event.
These powers will have to be mod approved before you can use them in the event.

The only real limitation we have is that the powers should be small enough not to cause too much damage to the city. Note that your character's possessions will not be returned at this time. Just powers!

For example:
Kuroro gets back his superhuman strength via Nen (Ten).
Ed can perform some minor alchemy.
The Hetalia countries can feel their SC-verse counterpart landmasses.
Hades can have his hair back.

Well, Haruhi is basically god back in her world. She unconsciously controls the universe. She wishes that aliens, time travelers, etc. existed, so they do. When she wanted cats to talk, cats started talking. You get the idea.

I realize that that is playing god which is not okay, but I wish to use this for a very small small thing. Right now, Haruhi is very content with the universe and doesn't want to change anything major.

All she wants to change is her pet fish, Kyon. SO. I would like to request that Haruhi get a little bit of her universe-changing power back so that Kyonfish can mutate a tiny little bit according to her will of "I want my pet to mutate."

List and details of powers returning: ... I am not sure if this counts as 'getting items back'. Kazu still HAS his A-T, they're just stripped of their functionality. Could he get that back? It'd just give him the ability to go really, really fast and do flips and shit off buildings and what not. Most of Kazu's combat techniques focus on manipulating the human senses: disappearing for short bursts of time and 'freezing' people using pressure points, so nothing large scale.

•Ability to make people do as he wishes.
•Requires eye contact for an initial connection (glasses can't be in the way), though after a connection has been made he can issue commands without actually looking them in the eye or being nearby, so long as he hasn't yet cut the connection.
•An overly prolonged connection, too many commands, or too great a distance between himself and the target will be exhausting, though.
•Doesn't necessarily require that the command be spoken aloud, but if he's actually saying it and being subtle he can at least attempt to act as if it were just a normal suggestion with nothing supernatural about it.
•Commands can be resisted to a certain extent, depending on how strong a will the target has, but the only person so far who's been shown to be able to entirely ignore an order is Yuuri.

Basically it would just let him abuse physics, move at high speeds, build up enough momentum to lift motorcycles, generate heat waves that make him disappear, that sort of thing. All of his powers are pretty localized to his immediate vicinity, so nothing too city-breaking there.
