DOGS/Watch Stuff, yay!

Sup, guys! Got some requests and an important announcement for a semi-event in here for players whose characters are a part of DOGS or on the Watch, or players who are looking to join up.

This sheet probably needs an update. Can you guys check the info I listed and poke me if I'm missing anything, or need to update anything? We can always handwave Roy finding things out from your pups, like if they recently partnered up or discovered their Weapon form or Meister ability. Just let me know!

Poke here if you want your muse to take on another role in DOGS/the Watch. Patrolling, after all, isn't the only thing that you can do! A general list of the positions in the group can be found on the inbox.

Speaking of the inbox: we are always and ever looking for new people. Sign them right up if you're muses are interested! We have sexy people and cookies! '^'

Still looking for second in commands. I've announced this a couple of times in the past, I think! Anyway, the current seconds that the Watch has now are Riza Hawkeye and Flynn Scifo. Roy's looking for maybe 1-2 more people. At this point, it is best if said characters are not partnered.

Current partnered pairs in the Watch, can I have a status update? How many missions have your pups gone on, and are they willing to gun for Deputy Zone Leader/Zone Leader positions? o3o

We really need a log again, and I am deeply ashamed for not being able to get on board on this sooner. Life's been kind of crazy on my end. OTL Expect plotting for this to go up by next week! If it has not, somebody hit me about it.

The IC posts for this will go up in the first week of June, but I'm planning on having the Watch cease patrols in Outer Residential Quarter III and the Outer Quarter. Feel free to refer to this spreadsheet to see how this is going to change things. Roy's IC reasons will be stated in his post (basically, he thinks that with the way things are going and the Watch itself dwindling in numbers, it's best to cut their losses and focus on what they can in order to keep their organization from getting stretched too thin), and he will, of course, ask the rest of DOGs how they feel about this. OOCly, of course, I'd like to get your take on this, guys, as a number of characters will be effected by this move.

Note, of course, that your muses will NOT be out of a job: Roy's simply going to move you all to the sectors that are still active, and install new Zone Leaders where necessary. I'm also going to let you guys choose where you want your muses to be relocated to and such. Also, this move is not really set in stone, but know that I'm strongly inclined to do it due to recent IC events and projected IC/OOC plans, both on a game wide scale and a personal scale on my end, for the rest of the year.

I think Tenten and Santana have gone on uh, two missions? One of which was a failure, the other one was a success. I think they also went on one in Montana so that makes three.

Augy is currently on hiatus cause she has no internet, so I've been handwaving the quietness with Santana coming down with some multi-week sickness and Tenten trying to help but screwing up.

Looking at L's info sheet, there are actually a couple of things!

He is a Weapon, not a Meister, and his form is a steel pair of handcuffs and a chain. He says that he has a partner, but since Light is also a Weapon, Shibusen doesn't recognize it. There's been talk of threesome Weapon/Meister partnerships between L, Misa, and Light, though, so that could change in the future. He is with CIC, but Roy gave him an additional, secret designation as a Watcher if I remember correctly. He carries a taser with him about 70% of the time after having relative luck with it during an altercation with Haru, his preferred shift is straight-up Graveyard, he works well with "his people" (Mello, Near, Matt, even Light to some degree) and not well with very many others, although people like Roy, Auron, and Stripperella are at least people he knows, and are therefore people he would try to work with. Yuri Petrov and Re-L Mayer would be a stretch. The people he does not even care to TRY work well with, explicitly on this list, are Eve, Keroro, Santana, and Tassadar.

Neji and Lain are Zone Leads as opposed to a Deputy Zone Lead, but I dunno if that's changing. He's fine with heading any district if Roy needs them. If not, he'd probably talk to Roy about being a scout outside the city rather than inside of it- more concerned about threats out there than within.

His ranged weapon will be shifting to a kusarigama relatively soon ICly, and he's taken Lee as a (temp?) second partner for now, which mayy become permanent later.

He'll begin expressing more interest in CIC as he trains with Azusa and works to improve Clairvoyance, and be dropping from his position as a general instructor for morning training. So if Roy needs a trainer for the Watch in the morning, Neji's open to teaching basic hand-to-hand, non-lethal and/or lethal combat instruction. (It'd all pretty much boil down to 'here's how to take down your opponent using pressure points to incapacitate or kill')

So uh, I think that's everything..

The only thing missing from that for Kratos is the fact he and Lloyd Irving are partners. They actually partnered up like a month ago in game but it kinda slipped my mind to tell Roy about it. Sorry about that. ^^; Otherwise it looks good.

Kratos is one of those also affected by the move and I'm fine with it. Place him wherever else he'd fit~

LEON - He's figured out that his meister ability has something to do with making him stay alive even after taking a fatal blow. He doesn't know the name yet, though. Also, I'm wondering if I should give him a ride, although he's pretty fast enough on foot.

GENESIS - His squishy Meister, Edgeworth, should be mentioned, yeah? XD Also, he has a ride he inherited from Carmine. Methinks it's a red motorbike, if I remember correctly XD He gets to use it more often now that he's got his squishy Meister to guard. And theeen... his preferred shifts don't matter much anymore. And probably his list of people he works well with includes anyone who used to be under his supervision as a Zone Leader |Dc Or just Tem and Toph.

Just a small update here, Aion is now officially partnered with Takuto Tsunashi.

Tobi said that Takuto intends to join the Watch soon and when he does I can see them having no problems to gun for becoming Deputy Zone Leaders/Zone Leaders if you still need some.^^ Counting the current Norway Event-Mission they have 5 successful missions under their belt, plus the thing in the Grand Canyon where Aion went to get Takuto back, idk if that counts as well or not.

Also, Eve and Keroro have been on seven missions if we include the two that I recently submitted to the soul tally page. Sadly after discussing this with Kim if asked they would both ICly decline any other position offered them. Because they really don't have the time. Not that any sane person would put Keroro in charge of anything even though he's a platoon leader in his series. :V

As for Tem taking in any other position within the Watch -- I doubt he could do much of anything that humans would be able to do lol, can't do the filing. Unless it would be to teach about Aerial combat for those that have the ability to fly? Which might be dubious enough as it is because there are only a precious few that are able to do so at all. ._.;

Temeraire and Toph have been in Three major 3-Star missions [and survived them]... and a one-star mission. She couldn't do much for the better part of a month and a half due to her injuries sustained during the Europe mission over in Linz. But they have been active since.

Also, I don't think that the change would affect Toph and Tem as they're the Zone leads of the E&RLD, but they would be quite welcoming toward any new people that might come under their district with open arms/wings, and help them adjust to the new setting where they'll be patrolling.

THIS IS LATEST OF THE LATE but I wanted to run things by with Sunny first and she was busy with a con. wehhh. The only correction I can give on the spreadsheet is that 'Koutetsu' should be spelled 'Kotetsu', but otherwise both Tiger and Bunny are fine. 'A'b Their last Norway mission resulted in Barnaby's ability actually being used but as far as I know he doesn't know it's actually his meister ability. That should probably be discovered soon-ish though.

Their mission count atm is, 3 I believe? Gah, need to put up the info for the 3rd on the soul tally page hgkjdsf All successful, the 2nd one narrowly so. They've all been 3-star missions too. OOCly, Sunny and I decided that the two are maybe a bit too "new" to consider taking up a zone leader position but ICly, they'd be willing to show interest toward it, especially if Roy needs the positions filled that badly.

Also, just as a warning, this would result in Kotetsu having ~Big Responsibilities~ and that's kind of a disaster waiting to happen but HE'D STILL DO HIS BEST.
