It’s mini-event time!

Norway needs your help! Kishin Eggs have been eating human souls and growing stronger, and the threat has become too dangerous for the European agents to handle. The Norwegian government has officially requested Shibusen's aid to help rid them of their Kishin Egg infestation!

What does this mean for everyone? It means that there will be a special mission that players can sign-up for in one of the upcoming in-game days. Each pair who takes on this mission will earn two souls for the Weapon and two points for the Meister!

The event will take place on Feb 20 in-game. Due to the nature of this mission, this will only be opened to partnerships, since the entire area is host to a barrage of strong Kishin Eggs.

Players will need to sign-up on the Mission Board under the #154 mission thread here to participate! All pairs joining will need to either log the mission out or post a summary under the mission #154 threads for their activity to be counted.

The log format will be the standard format: [Character/s][Time][Open/Closed]. The threads will be the usual make your own style.

This entry can also be used to coordinate with your fellow players.

There will also be a surprise waiting for the fighters towards the end of the battle! Because of the increase in Madness and Witch attacks throughout the world, the planet has had a hard time coping with all of the extra strain. All of this extra stress will cause yet another earthquake, but the location of this one will be just off the coast of Norway. What this means for those involved is that there will be a tsunami washing through the area!

This natural disaster isn’t caused by the Witches, and because of that, the Shibusen fighters will get a warning in the few minutes leading up to the tsunami washing through. All is not lost though! And with the help of Black*Star, Tsubaki, Kilik, and Crona attending the mission, the partners willing to help, and Cybele, a deep trench and walls of cut-down trees will be made so that all the fighters (and the citizens along the coast of Norway) will be safe from the incoming wave.

If you want your characters to be swept up in the water, that is fine! But know that they will be soon rescued by Shibusen staff and returned to Death City.

Since there are two parts to this event, there will be two logs going up. One for the mission itself, and one for the tsunami.

We will be posting the logs on the day change, so you can disregard the log section of the mission sign up. You will need to sign up here though to be counted for the mission.

...I have no excuse for not getting Sapphire involved in this. She has experience with the ocean being mean, guys. She's got this. not

Except she'd need a temp partner. Out of her CR, are there any unpartnered Weapons interested in this mission? Are there any unpartnered Weapons in general that would be interested in this mission and willing to form a functional alliance with someone they don't know well? Getting Sapphire to ICly agree to this is easy, so her end is covered.

Chika and Mickey are definitely both up for temporary partners to help out with this mission. Chika's done with staying back whenever something important is coming up.

Chika's a Meister, while Mickey's a weapon with his Keyblade as his weapon form.

Waltz is an unpartnered Weapon who would be interested in getting stronger...if anyone's character wouldn't mind being partnered with an ass.

He is a sword and his weapon ability creates something like an explosion. Don't expect him to know how to use the ability yet, though. XD

After that Egypt flop, Kanji is OFFICIALLY DONE SINGING AT KISHIN EGGS (ACCIDENTALLY) and is ready to rip them apart.

Kanji has also had a little practice with Dual Resonance, so he gets the idea of how it works. If he can help it, he's going with two Weapons. Reckless as hell? Of course it is, who the hell do you think he is?

(Note: It'll be shaky, of course, so he'll probably just do some resonance-juggling. Like a boss.)

Inukashi I am inclined on having him taken by the water... unless anyone would like to save him before he is actually taken away?

Utena and Cinderella are going to volunteer. It will be their very first mission. :> However, they're going to get in over their heads fighting Kishin Eggs, which means they're going to get swept up in the tsunami... that is, unless someone would like to give them a hand. If anyone's interested, drop us a line!

Amaterasu is a Weaponless Meister so if someone is willing to put up with this lovable wolf. She gets along with most anyone and is very willing to fight.

Naoto will either be going with Minato (depends on FM) or Kanji. If neither of them, she will be open to a Meister.

Medical Team

Megumi is going to put together a team equipped with first-aid kits from Shibusen to be around during the fighting to help aid the injured/haul them back to the mirror for treatment. We need some strong people for this task!

This team would be given handwaved basic training in how to treat wounds, move injured people safely, and use CPR. Characters will also be given nifty armbands to wear for identification. They can spread out and join in the fighting as they normally would, as partnered pairs, but they have the supplies to help people if need be. After they are done fighting, they'd be expected to look around for those who need help. They will go back into the mirror with everyone else and be back in DC for the next day change. Afterwards, Megumi can further train your character as a medic if they like helping people in this manner.
