ANYWAY this is KB/Knightblazer, that crazy person who likes to ruin her own life on a daily basis and player of getyourgunson, thirteenthace, itsnotstupei and player of callmecrona now bringing you a new guy... er... proper guy... thing... into the game.

Yes, moving on now.

If it has not been made obvious enough, I am more than happy to introduce to you the one and only Anthony J. Crowley - no not that Crowley - from that one cult classic known throughout the world as Good Omens, written by the awesome combination of Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett (and here is my obligatory shameless plug for you guys to pick up this book one way or another, because it is an awesome read and if you have the time, also watch Supernatural because I would give my soul for them cross-canon hijinks). What to say about him? He's a demon (was now, thanks to BREW), would very much want his Bentley to be with him right now and is with an Arrangement with an angel known as Aziraphale, Principality of the East. Also he likes sunglasses, sharp classy suits and hisses when he's particularly agitated. Oh, and he kind of caused the downfall of humanity from the almighty's grace due to that whole incident with Adam and Eve and an apple.

That said, he also aided in stopping the Apocalypse along with the Antichrist, but that's neither really here or there.

Because life and BREW loves him, in Death City Crowley will be a Weapon in the most dignified form of a rope with abilities which are totally useless but still horribly tl;dr - a ten metre long natural fibre rope, to be precise. No, he is not amused. Yes, he will swear once he finds out what he turns into. The snake/rope jokes can start now.

Annnd while I'm here, just going to leave a note that yes, I am still mostly swamped by school and RL so things will be slow-ish on my end as always, especially with this weekend since I will out for the whole day tomorrow, and on Sunday I will be working at the Singapore Toy, Games and Comics Convention. The end is near though, so hopefully things can be in full swing for me soon enough once September rolls around.

...so yes, I think that should be it. I am very pleased and happy to have Crowley in the game, and I look forward to tagging everybody, freshmeat and old-timers. ♥

Gaiman is, after all, the creator of her sometimes-apprentice, one Timothy Hunter.

He's also, perhaps, the writer to handle her the best in the shortest amount of pages. Even if these days I want to punch him in the face (hell, even Prachett himself can't stand him lmao).

Primarily, Vertigo titles such as Black Orchid. He was a consultant on the Books of Magic ongoing and did the original mini-series. He also does single issues or OGNs (such as Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader and one of my favorite Hellblazer issues). I think Neverwhere was also a comic before it was finally novelized. As for Sandman, he did, yes! All current ongoing/tie-ins/etc. are written by others, though. :3

Sort of! I think his universe neatly ties into the DCU, even if nothing in his stories takes place in them. I've had very awesome and rewarding CR with characters from Good Omens and American Gods in the past. :3

Well, even in fandom, most people don't seem to. I am that creeper. You know. The mouthbreather in the Batman shirt that always has a comic on hand... sob.

I'd say that assuming he is part of the mythos that eventually went with Sandman and Lucifer in the like that they probably at least have Lucifer of her universe in common. I wouldn't say that they've the same Hell, necessarily, but I don't doubt that Crowley would be aware of other dimensions and realities. Most notably, I'd imagine he'd be aware of the Phantom Stranger, who, TL;DR super-creepy magic creep that exists everywhere ever. Gaiman wrote him particularly well.

Demons like Crowley do exist within the DCU and I can't imagine she knows him in this form, she probably know of him. Zatanna herself is famous in the multiverse, but feel free to draw whatever you'd like from that.
