GOING DEAF IN 3... 2... 1...

loves_humanity, bringing back my second character, Superbi Squalo, from that quirky anime/manga about mafia baby assassins, Katekyo Hitman Reborn! He's from that period of time between the end of the Varia Arc and the beginning of the Inheritance arc.
He's a weapon, just like last time, though this time his form has changed into a spatha, with Rain flame attributes available upon quality resonation. (If anyone needs a sword weapon, and does not terribly mind going deaf, drop me a line.)
Just like Izaya, Squalo retains his memories of the last time he was in Death City, but comment if you want to retain the CR or if you would prefer us to "reboot" it.
So yeah: Loud, obnoxious, loud, busybody, loud, jugdamental, loud, nosy LOUD assassin who seems more like Xanxus' maid than anything else. He likes it that way.
