It's Celi with her fourth and final character (I hope, I don't plan on dropping anytime soon), Natsume Takashi, from the anime Natsume Yuujinchou! The anime is about a young boy who returns names to spirits who had them stolen by his mean ol' grandma. Unfortunately for him, his ability is a rare one that he was forced to grow up with which makes him kind of socially awkward, but he's still trying! He's very nice but now stuck in a land of trolls of all kinds 8|. There's more info in the app, but you should totally check it out. *A* If you like the ideas behind Mushishi or xxxHolic, you might like it. ♥

Anyway, his weapon is form is a giant paintbrush because I honestly had no idea what else to give him and requires lots of spelling ew.
