Hello hello again, SC! It's Sakki, your Equius-mun, adding a second character to the ranks, and a Death City returner at that! His name is Kasai and he's from the fantastic series Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro. I played him here before, and now he's back and remembers his prior time in Death City. I've taken him from a later point than I previously did - he's now post-series - so it's been three years since his stay for him. ~~TIME SHENANIGANS AHEAD~~

Kasai's kind of a terrible person: he's an arsonist, a criminal, and a huge asshole, especially now that he has an updated canon point. He can be a totally amicable guy, but on the whole is an arrogant bastard with very little respect for authority. He's a Weapon in the form of a banged-up Zippo lighter that can act like a flamethrower. I am ridiculously excited to bring him back to SC and get him all sorts of new CR! As a side note, because of his canon point, he's supposed to have a hell of a lot of burn scars on his face, but I only have one panel to work with for that. So if you think it'd make a difference, feel free to keep it in mind; otherwise it shouldn't be an issue.
