Well, and I guess people who just want to know what the hell is going on with this plot. I'm sorry to have left you guys hanging a bit, but computer issues and waiting for stage two kinda delayed me.

In a couple days (a day? I don't know), Near is going to file a report with Roy and Death the Kid (it will also be forwarded to Edgeworth and Light) stating that an NPC saw a figure with orange horns and long black hair on the roof/around the area where Kurt was stomped. It will be highly confidential, so stand by for that (and the respective responses.) My understanding is that Roy will try to minimise the chaos by selecting a team to apprehend her, so I suppose volunteers for this are in order.

Of course, those who feel like doing extremely tedious detective work will also find plenty of clues in Kanaya and Kurt's old network posts. You are free to backdate this IC discovery if you wish, but I felt I should wait until there was more evidence for people to work with if they wanted to enact, say vigilante justice/independent investigations.

If you have any questions/wish to plot with me or other players, this is probably the post to do it in.

(Devil, Kae, etc: let me know if I got some details wrong or something.)


EDIT: The decision of who goes is kind of Roy's IC decision; however, I am making a list of everyone who wants to be involved.

Nope, I don't think you got anything wrong! Near is going to make a private post to the characters you mentioned, with a report about what that NPC witnessed, etc. And since he stalks observes the network carefully but I don't, which is why I always miss things, derp derp, he can add things up in that report, if you want? He can refer to those clues you mentioned in this post, etc.

If you would like to include the network clues, that's fine. Build a better case and all. Alternatively it could be left to other players to put together; whichever sounds more interesting/IC. (Vriska never overtly threatened Kurt, but uh. Well. She didn't exactly not threaten him...)

Be aware that the description actually matches two citizens of Death City (Vriska and Aradia) but one of them (Aradia) arrived in Death City after Kurt was attacked, making it sort of impossible for it to be her.

Just wanted to say that Souji has put in the work (along with talking to other people) to find the clues, so while he has an idea, he only has his suspicions. That said, he's not doing anything about it since he's going to stand back and let the Watch do the justice thing that he feels is right.
