Helloooo everyone! I'm new, I'm Alep, and I'll be bringing you PIA (aka Persia) from Rune Factory 3. She is, quite simply, an obnoxious Cloud Cuckoolander, whom is also a ~mermaid~. But the latter's supposed to be a secret. OH YEAH and she's a weapon.
