Aurora is a weapon, her crown, and she can be used a few different ways. Her abilities are very Disney and I will have them and everything else on her journal very soon! But feel free to ask.

She's actually most likely French or German! There is a castle in Germany I believe (general Alpine area if not) that the Disney's castle is based off of, and the most popular version of her tale is French.

Though, since it is based off the ballet, you could also argue that there is some Russian influence. Though, yeah, I'm pretty sure she is European.
