Role/Function: For the most part she's a freelance runner/gatherer type who stops off at Shibusen when she's able and offers her services to CWC for the occasional supply run to Death City.

Meister/Weapon status: Still an overlarge plastic headband with no more than a dozen souls, if that.

Partner: None decided on but possibly in the market for plotting~

Anything else you want to note?: Yukiko's trained quite a bit over the past ten years on her own, so she knows roughly how to fight as a Weapon without a Meister. Being the only senpai left of the Investigation Team, she's developed something of a complex to want to be useful to the friends she's made here, and protect her fellows from Inaba even though she knows they can handle themselves. Anyway, the death of Rise had a huge impact on her, and it was after that Yukiko went freelance. Her main goal is to find out more about BREW and whether there's a way to get it back.

YES, Rogue!Yukiko! It's beautiful. But yeah, her and Kanji need some CR now that they're hardened war veterans (well, not really veterans yet). I'm sure Kanji's stuck pretty close to the rest of the Investigation Team for a while, especially Yukiko. And I'm sure he'll help her even if he's with Shibusen.

Yeah, she's grown up to be a strong kid to say the least. However she'll still be the kind-hearted girl that she was when she was little. It's just she can probably punch you REALLY hard now. :|

Hello, fellows. This is China.

Since his faith with Shibusen hadn't been so great in the first place, he's that guy who up and decided to lead the group of those who needed protection out into the mountains. He's also the guy who pays very very close attention to everything that goes on in the little community, so it can be assumed that if you live in CWC, you've probably spoken to him at least once (if not had a drink or two; cookies if you're underaged). If he hadn't driven you off with bluntness and the occasional sardonic comment, you'll find a quietly affectionate Nation who would really like to sleep for a week and enjoys bantering. Also, serious serious business when speaking on important matters.

So, uh.

Although he's kinda busy and very hide-away, I think he'd... want to keep in touch with very many people. And he'd become rather attached to a lot of Shibusen folk, too, so even if communications are rough, he'll try to get a letter or five around. So, uh. If anyone's Shibusen and wanting to have some kind of stable relationship (platonic) with him, don't be afraid to hit me up. I love this guy's CR chart, will always appreciate more. Even just casual friendships. Informants and supply runners to CWC, do please comment to let me know how they'd interact...! Since he's a very personal sort of old man, just to make sure you aren't secretly evil.

Uuh, I'm sure he's been through a few battles, too, so if you want to plot something with that. :T China is willing to toss people out on their hind-ends if they get too uppity. He won't be compassionate, even if he is protective.

I was hoping that over the ten years, that both he and China have become closer. Y/N??

What I wrote for Sohki -> He remains entirely supportive of D. Sohki's not afraid to get his hands dirty (especially when it's in defence of D) and fights to defend CWC from attacks. Outside of that, he doesn't offer too much assistance unless asked by either Count D or China personally, and even then it has to be something he approves of.

I'm going to assume that he more takes on the role of 'counselor' to those who need/want to talk. While he's still playful and teasing, only Sohki's more serious side would show up during these types of conversation.

So here is the lowdown on Sr. Antonio Fernandez Carriedo. Deathscythe: Demon Halberd.

-Spain is wicked OLD and is no stranger to war so personality-wise, he's still mostly the same with one exception. He had been partnered with Romano for a while before that grumpy goofball went and got himself captured by the witches. That hit him pretty hard as well as the death of many people he was close to. Those two things managed to take some of the derp out of him.

-He partnered up with Haruhi Suzumiya a bit after Romano's capture and the two of them wandered away from Shibusen for the most part. Their connection to it is through France who tells them where they can find Kishin eggs. He does this for two reasons. One is that he hopes that he can get a better edge on finding Romano and helping him escape. (Though he's not really sure how.) And the other is in the NEXT BULLET POINT!!!!

-He works as a vigilante, trying to keep things safe for the ones who are still around. Sometimes, he is known to don a costume during this time and parade around as El Conquistador. However, the costume is not something that happens every time.

'SUP GUYS. what is the varia?? well, originally it was a group of mafioso who formed their own faction separate from the main famiglia, the vongola. their leader is this handsome man here, who's kind of a dick all the time, named xanxus. in the tyl!event, the varia is a secret team of assassins for hire. xanxus has acquired meister/weapon pairs to work for him. because of the nature of the varia and because xanxus doesn't really allow himself to be loyal to any side, shibusen or otherwise, the varia is working for both sides, shibusen/witches, at the same time as assassins for hire. they just don't know it. yet.

so, here's where you come in: i need people who're going to be members of the varia, seniors or just recruited. state how long you've been in the varia by the time the event starts should you decide to have your character work for them! the more senior kids are gonna be the ones sent to deal with the witches; the newer ones deal with shibusen. jobs vary from client to client (i'll get mod/leader permits for this soon enough, so yeah); difficulty is to be expected, but don't even think of coming back empty-handed to the varia or xanxus is going to deliver you to lussuria, our resident necrophiliac. 8| your character doesn't necessarily have to be involved in the varia/vongola atm in order to be in here. let's say that tyl, varia conducted most of their recruitment in the shadows and brought in folks to fight. varia isn't exactly the nicest people to be working for, but hey, pull your load and do as you're told, and we'll take care of you. 8|a

note that because of the nature of varia doubleworking for people, if your character is on the side of the witch team and are found out, there will be repercussions dealt by the both teams. in the event that one of the sides find out, you have the choice of either a) leaving the varia KASAI THIS DOESN'T APPLY TO YOU >8( or b) following xanxus whichever side he'll pick to be in. (if we go by canon, it's most likely gonna be shibusen, since xanxus really isn't that much of a villain because of lol shounen standards. >8|a )

Mulan will be alive! Perhaps a year or two after the start of the event she finally outed herself as Mulan. Despite the turn for worse things were taking, she was actually fairly happy for a while and eventually partnered with Sandry. She became quite a powerful Meister and sometimes lead expeditions outside of the CWC, travels to Shibusen to deliver supplies, and all other times is either guarding the perimeter of the CWC or continuing her duties to China.

Sadly a lot of this progress was lost when Mushu died protecting her, and Ling was caught by the Witches. She became a little hardened and bitter since then.

So! There are two main areas I want to focus on. The first one is split up into two aspects, but they relate to each other:

CANONMATES DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO SEPHIROTH: I'm thinking of Genesis, Kadaj and Lucrecia here due to their JENOVA based history. What's up with you guys in the TYL?

Secondly, THOSE WHO WANT TO BECOME INFECTED WITH JENOVA CELLS: It's bound to happen in such a long-standing battle. Those who fight alongside Sephiroth's human form are the ones I'm looking at here. It can be done with Sephiroth's blood getting near/onto any injuries - that would be enough to cause the other character to become infected with J-cells. What this means to your character is that basically they become 'aware' of Sephiroth's presence and his of theirs. He cannot take control over your characters, but he will be able to sense/pinpoint their location. Characters infected will simply be able to 'sense' whenever Sephiroth draws near, or a 'pressure' if he presses on the cells.

There will be two levels of infection. The first where there's no change, and all that they can sense is a dull presence at the back of their mind (like an itch). The second where the infection is greater and to the point where either their eyes could change to green cat-like ones under the stress of battle, or their hair becomes lighter/more silver. I would prefer if others don't get both since I'd rather that remain with only canonmates.

Infected characters cannot infect other characters - only the Sephiroth can since he is JENOVA and the only one who can manipulate the cells.

This is how I've created Sephiroth's personality for this event -> While he still remains distant from most, Sephiroth has since become approachable and now voices his opinions if he feels as though they need to be made. He's grown both emotionally and socially during this time to the point that he's almost completely reverted back to what he was like prior to the Nibelheim mission. <-

So whoever wants to create CR with a sociable character, I'm definitely up for it \o/

Yuuri lived and fought for Shibusen during the initial fight, but was one of the first casualties in the war after Spirits death. He continued fighting for Shibusen in the short time he remained alive. His death was part of the reason that led Sara to defect over to the Witches. (doing this from my phone on the bus, so I'll expand later, but I wanted to get this up.)

Yuuri is one of the four who has been pulled through to the future. On his reappearance, Yuuri (along with Kanda) finds himself waking up on the path leading up to the CWC camp. While he wasn't alive long before all hell broke lose, I'm up for tying up lose ends leading up to his death.

Also! Like with Winry, Miranda and Kanda, Yuuri will also be remembering everything that happens in the future! So if any characters in the CWC want to deliver a message to whoever in fhe past, Yuuri will deliver it :3

Her primary weapon is China, but I'm looking for any other interested Weapons for her to partner up with since she's a fighter first and foremost, and China's likely too busy being the Leader to be able to go out on patrols with her and such.

She also stands to be the voice of reason for China on occasion and bullies him into keeping ties with Shibusen.

She's quiet and elegant and worries silently over everyone in the communal and then some. Almost motherly except not. She'll keep going on missions and fighting so she's a 3-star meister by now.

Dropping this in both places since she and her partner, being high-speed battle transporters, switch between CWC and Shibusen pretty freely, and thus can be found at either fairly often. Her home is in Shibusen, however, so she may be seen a little less at CWC and between than at Shibusen.

First off, Celty does not appear to have aged at all. Must be a headless thing.

Celty has eventually given up on her all-black thing in favor of it's a desert so she, like her partner, will now be in sensible motorcycle gear. Mainly jeans, T-shirts, a black leather jacket simply out of nostalgia and that extra bit of defense.

She's a Deathscythe now! She has a partial form! Still working on that, to be honest, but it's something along the lines of her hands becoming miniature tires plus shadow-spikes.

Emotionally, Celty's just a little bit more standoffish. Less likely to make friends, because while in theory before she knew she would lose what friends she made to old age, etc, she's lost some during the war and isn't willing to get close to people anymore, for fear of losing them too. That said, what friends she has? She's got your back, bro. Open to buddybuddy CR up to four or five years back.

This is also kind of a placeholder, I'll add stuff as it occurs to me.

She seems to be a bit of everything, anyway while she will still be with her usual personality this ten years will have taken a bit of a toll and she became a bit more somber, but not enough really. Any un-partnered weapon is a Y/Y for me please! It will be quite useful for her to be able to move a bit more safely in places that have the MW.

If anyone from CWC or Shibusen, even lone wolves, wants to say she has helped them as back-up/support or helping them when they are wounded, do please let me know and we can crack something up! She will move between CWC and Shibusen, though she might spend most of her time in CWC so anyone from there that wants CR or anything also let me know and I will be happy to plot something.

So, Washington has escaped my awful ideas of having him modded to become instead a steampunk hero of the future. Here, read some bullet points!

► He makes a point of visiting both the communal and Shibusen regularly to see if they need him to do anything, bring in losers who have been injured/taken over by madness waves, or to just see how his friends are doing.

► Despite running errands and collecting information for everyone, what Washington is most interested is in fighting the baddies, and keeping tabs on the others who have split from the two big groups. He tries his best to find out where they all are and report their status back on his trips to civilization.

► He is still the polite, well-mannered man of before. As the war deteriorates he became more involved on the front lines than in the planning stages, but otherwise not much has changed about him.

► I would really appreciate it if HE COULD GET A WEAPON. Because he's not stupid and fighting evil by the moonlight is hard on your own.

► I like bullet points.

Sandry fa Toren

Sandry has proven that string is strong!

Um. Yes. SO. Sandry had no partner until she teamed up with Mulan- since then, she's often been on the front lines, defending CWC. She's become a Deathscythe, able to do amazing whip-like things with her weapon form, and has become a much more vicious weapon than anyone ever assumed. She prefers defense of CWC, though she has probably stepped up into some sort of leadership position.

She's slightly more edgy and arrogant, which can be blamed on her internalizing the guilt she feels for Merlin and Arthur's deaths. She's seen a lot of people die, and isn't really happy about that. But she'll try her hardest to make sure that no one else he cares about dies too. She's more prone to waving her noble blood around, especially if she feels it gets her somewhere. But on the inside, she's still the lovable Sandry would would rather have good friends and a nice sewing project.

Any and all CR would be appreciated! She'll be slightly harder to make a relationship with her after Merlin dies, but anyone who's willing to work for it would find a noble, loyal friend indeed.

AND SHE STILL GOES BY SANDRY anyone who tries to say Sandrilene all the time will get a B| face.

Not sure how Mushu and Sandry would have gotten along; but expect some good natured teasing from tiny red dragon! He would be very protective of Sandry too, though not show it as much as he would with Mulan. Mostly because, by protecting Sandry he'd be protecting Mulan!

Also! He's counting on you too keep Mulan happy once he's gone!!!

Kasai, as of the TYL, is still Xanxus' Weapon - he stuck with him up through all the deaths and splintering and went with him when the Varia reformed. He primarily sticks with Xanxus and goes to whichever base is appropriate. He's also a Deathscythe now, so his burning capabilities are even more intense than before. He's very good at fighting off yall Kishins.

Ten years hasn't changed him too much - he's still a jackass - but the fact that he's around 50 is hitting him harder than he'd like to admit. His constant smoking habit is wearing him down, he's slowing down in general, and there's a fairly good chance that his lungs are starting to catch up with him. BASICALLY he's an old man who won't admit that his age is catching up with him. Old = fine, weak = unacceptable.

So if anybody wants to know/have dealt with burnination central, I would adore such CR.

KURORO LUCIFER - CWC - ALIVE - TROLLING YOUR PANTS

Kuroro in TYL is pretty much still the same Kuroro you know. He STILL treats this entire thing like a vacation, still trolls, still jokes around, still pisses Kurapika off (sometimes), and still carries himself with the easy way that he always has, if not easier. Ironically, Kuroro is like a breath of fresh air in this entire post-apocalyptic scenario.

But under the cheer and derp, there should be no question to everyone on how dangerous he can be, on the level of I-am-practical-and-can-kill-a-score-of-people-without-blinking sort of way. Comes with the bouts of seriousness during raids and the like, and I am sure there has been plenty.

What does change for Kuroro are his friendships and loyalties. He's less ambiguous now, doesn't even try to disguise his new loyalties (but that doesn't mean he's done away with the ambiguousness entirely). This is no longer just about protecting who he wants to protect and sticking by the Ryodan + a few people. Of course, his affections are still strongest for people like the Ryodan, Kurapika, Prussia, China and Sephiroth, but for the most part, he's already identified the CWC and Shibusen has allies/comrades/his people and has formed strong alliances with many individuals. Think of Kuroro identifying Shibusen, CWC and the people within as the new Ryuusegai.

As for activities, Kuroro is a hardass fighter, an excellent scount, and a very intelligent tactician. He applies all of these in protecting CWC, but little else beyond that. He doesn't seem to have any ambition of overthrowing the witches for now, though if you're close enough to him, you might know about the profiles he's been writing on the members of the witch faction. Kuroro has a habit of hunting for the kishin eggs trawling the CWC mountains and distributing the souls around for the non-deathscythes to eat. I don't think he takes on any leadership roles unless China assigns him one, but he does unconsciously still do danchou things for the people he values.

Physically, Kuroro hasn't aged much at all. Because of his constant use of nen since he was a child, his ageing has near permanently slowed down, so he'd look about 28 right now despite being 40. You'd think that's a good thing, but it's kind of awkward to watch the world age around you. He has a splash of silver hair hidden under all that black hair -- a sign of being infected by Sephiroth's JENOVA cells.

All in all, Kuroro is a very good friend and a better ally to have -- he's the guy who will sit you down if you overwork, keep you company for a drink, and give you useful little tidbits of information that may help keep you alive for a few years longer. While trolling you at the same time. Plus, he gossips like no one else on earth.

If you are going to be friends with Kuroro or want to form any sort of relationship with him, note that he's pretty much married to Kurapika. The setting has lent well to their relationship as meister and weapon, while they still have their frequent bickerings, these two are as close and as intimate as anyone can ever be with one Kuroro Lucifer. He has a pretty large social network and knowledge of where people are and who they're working for, though god knows how he manages to get news when he doesn't often leave the CWC area.

Oh yeah, he'll always grill you for information and gossip.

Anything else you want to note?:With the death of so many she cared about, Yoko slowly lost faith in Shibusen. She and her partner decided to break ties with them--going their own way to avenge their friends and family in any ways necessary. Yoko still kept in contact with Spanner and Shouichi-- her trust in them just as strong with Alfred. With those two, she sees Lain as well.

She might still talk to a few on occasion like Shizuo or China or Roy but--not often. She's busy avenging deaths.

Yoko looks different as well. She cut her hair to her chin and wears a worn leather jacket with the dai-gurren symbol on it and has her flame boots again.

As a person Yoko might be a bit easier to approach than Al--although she is very formal and to the point with people she doesn't trust as all. Yoko is very bitter with Shibusen so mentioning the name isn't too good. She likes CWC. She is only friendly to those she cares about and considers a friend. Unlike Al, she is a bit more polite but don't hold your breath if she holds Al in weapon form to your throat if you say one wrong word.

Shouichi (as well as Spanner) is an engineer in the future, building security systems, communication devices (for groups ONLY, such as walkie talkies and radios) and weapons to use against the crazed animals as well. SO I'm posting this for everyone to see, if you want to have something made or any kind of CR with Shouichi, PLEASE TELL ME HERE

Also, there are certain things that Shouichi (and Spanner) are going to not agree to build. They are working for the Varia and all first dibs, so to speak, go to them. But they will take requests after Varia requests are filled ;D
