End of Event

Aaand that’s it, folks! The madness wave has dissipated and everyone is back to normal -- for a given value of normal. All the powers they had during the madness wavelength event are now gone, the shadows that were crawling around the city have also disappeared, and the residents are coming out of hiding.

Casualty Communal - Basketball Court and Unit 1F	Holes and scorch marks. Room 1F is missing a window where Tony jumped out of it. There are some deep scorch marks outside on the ground nearby. The basketball court looks like a few tiny meteors landed without any meteors left behind to make sense of the scene. Basically small sized chunks blown out of the cement with scorch marks to indicate something with high heat caused it. One of the goal pole's basket is bent severely downwards. Casualty Communal - Streets around it, to Zone Areas 1 and 4	There would definitely be sword damage done by Sephiroth's partial form. So basically some sections of buildings that have been cleanly sliced off (like he does in FFVII:ACC, or FFVII:CC and the Sister Ray), while other sections would have deep impalement holes and slashes from where he'd gone to stab one of the citizens. Also, all along the path would be people with various degrees of sword inflicted injuries. Only two people were actually killed, one (decapitated) on the streets near the CC and the other (gutted with his head cut out) between Zone 1 and 4.	Sephiroth	Sept 12

But by Prussia and England, who THOUGHT they were pirates, and decided to ride on top of the cars and push them until they moved on their own. Some of the cars were pushed down hills until they hit a wall while others were just stomped on. Prussia managed to get run over by one of the cars when it rolled. Shibusen will have to address these damages to the city infrastructure ICly, and these are also things that your characters would probably have to notice (especially for the people with jobs). A compilation of the damages done to the city will be posted here for reference, as well as a date of when the damage will be fixed in-game.
