X and Clover are my favorites -- and TB, though I think TB was more revolutionary back when I read it just because there wasn't anything like that readily available, especially since it wasn't translated way back when.

You did an excellent job explaining things concisely without getting too wordy or technical and I always appreciate that. :) Honestly, I could go on for thrice that in length about Zee, but... she's been around since the early 60s. It's a bit easier. x3

I'm a bit on/off about that. I sort of like that it's forever unfinished and untouched, that it's still able to get a reaction out of me 'til this day without there being a true end. As for... TB. There were no such things as scanlations when I first read it. :') If you were lucky, you could hunt down a .txt file of the translation on some beat-up Geocities site. AHHHHH NOSTALGIA.

Aww, you're welcome. I like that you've also included some SC history and info, too, because that helps understand how he's changed/changing and the connections he's made (which I imagine would also help any prospective players bunches, too!).

As for the animation, those were written by Dini, who sort of... I like what he's done to bring her character to mainstream/non-regular comic readers' attentions, but he really has a poor grasp on her characterization. Plus, DCAU doesn't have John (or Alec), since they're Vertigo properties. I really hope that she shows up more in BatB than just that one opening. I'd love to see her, Deadman, Ragman, Madame Xanadu, Doctor Occult (who did get his appearance in the JLU comics, yay!), and others of the Sentinels of Magic getting some love. Though I hope they don't call them the Trenchcoat Brigade again (because that was Stranger, Mr. E, Constantine, and Occult :/).

Nostaliga is such a nice thing. I actually didn't get into TB until like after I saw X the Movie. Because someone said that it would make more sense as to what was going on. Of course, I still haven't really finished reading it, I just know how it ends -- read the last book. *laughs* I'm such a champ!

Oh, I see, I see. I would love to know more about her. I'll actually see if I can have Nataku talk to her more. He was the anon who talked to her on the secrets's post, but you probably figured that out by now? *blush*

Ah, well, I am a Subaru and Seishirou fan, but I love Karen and Aoki (but in good conscience I can't ship them except in TRC sob). Poor Nataku. He really had the most interesting backstory that really could stand to be expanded on -- same with Yuuto, but that's only because he has none. People think that his card was a hint, but was it really? SIGH.

Rofl the movie, yes. THREE SECOND SEISHIROU/SUBARU FIGHT. And the best part is, after reading the manga the film still doesn't make sense. "...why did Fuuma rip off the arm of his own teammate before he'd finished off everyone on the other side? :|a" oh CLAMP. Pretty art, though. Ideally, volumes... about 11-13 were probably my favorite, stylistically?

Well, awwww. She would've hugged him, you know? Zee is surprisingly ~motherly~ and really likes to stand up for people. BUT NO I DIDN'T FIGURE IT OUT HAHA. With all the characters here (80%, maybe?) that I'm unfamiliar with I sort of got ~lost~. Basically, all you need to know is that Zee is one of the few in the DCU that treads the line of DC and Vertigo and thus...
