Permission Post List thingy

Sup, guys! It is your buddy Celi. How are you all this fine morning/evening?

I've been glancing around the comm and noticed there are permission posts floating about (including my own).

So I propose making a general index or list of all the posts for easy access! I was thinking of just adding characters who have "can I do this" posts (such as Shal or Izaya) be on the list, but we should probably add "I'll allow this and this" as well.

Y/N? Suggestions? Also feel free to leave your links here and I'll come up with a fancy schmancy list soon enough!

Um, my permissions post for Merlin isn't particularly fancy (the gist of it is basically YES YOU CAN FOURTH WALL ARTHURIAN LEGEND, JUST NOT THE BBC VERSION), but it is here, if you want to include!
