SC needs some straightening.

Hello, Soul Campaign! This is Len, your resident bothersome Cuba/Washington-mun bringing you yet another character that is just not normal.

I'd like everybody to meet Adrian Monk from the TV series Monk. He's an obsessive-compulsive detective from San Francisco who solves crimes and straightens lampshades. Watch his two theme songs/openings for basically all you'll need to know about him.

Monk is a Meister with the ability soul ocd (the messier things are the stronger he gets, but resonation goes down. which means at some point he'll just be punching some dirty baddy out) but good luck ever getting him to touch any of the Weapons. Ew, germs.

He's also without his baby-sitter Watson indentured servant personal assistant so he'll be more clingy and annoying than usual. Let's hope Death City has Sierra Springs.

Oh, I knew I'd forgotten something in that tl;dr up there. He's from season 8, right before the second part of the finale. So. Calmer (barely), with a little less to worry about back home.
