Hello Soul Campaign!

We have quite a number of announcements for you.

The first and most immediate is that there has been a change in modship. Cho has decided to step down, but we'd like you to welcome our three new mods: Kate (Yosuke and Austria), Celi (Prussia, Ness, and Nanako), and Sammy (Naoto, Switzerland, Heather, Snape and Tomoyo). We're glad to have them, and with their help we are sure to make

soul_campaign a better, funner, and more efficient game for everyone.

Secondly, as you all know we are planning on revamping the game. This will not disrupt gameplay in anyway but we wanted to remind people of this because there will be changes, some of which have already been made. We will be making steady announcements throughout the coming days of changes as they are made so as not to swamp you all in one post.

Lastly and most importantly, we want to talk about the mistakes that were made with the previous event. It was our first big event, and came at a bad time for all of us. We made errors in not communicating enough, and not communicating clearly. Many of you have been wondering about why the sudden change of strategies was made, and we feel that you deserve to know--it was that lack of communicating that made things so chaotic in the end. We have an idea of how this plot would go in the end, but because we did not express that idea to all the right people everyone ended up thinking something different was going to happen.

Fortunately we have learned from that. With a new mod team and more experience we will make sure to not repeat these mistakes again. We have much planned for the future of Soul Campaign that we hope you will all enjoy, we promise good things are to come from now on.

On a last note, we would like to once again stress the importance of communication. While we to are striving to be better about it, we would once again like to encourage our players to speak with us whenever you have major concerns or are confused about anything. Also, I have a question. (I'd ping one of you on AIM, but I can't use it anymore.) I should have addressed this sooner, but it didn't occur to me until someone mentioned it OOC: Can Ahiru still turn into her duck form? I assumed she definitely can't turn into Tutu anymore, but I was unsure of the other and it wasn't mentioned on her app acceptance.
