'Sup, folks. As some of you might already know, Roy's out to join Shibusen as part of their staff - he's going for gold, and attempting to see what he can do for himself and for Death City while the war with the witches is still hot.

What does this mean? This means that he'll need to keep tabs on everyone in the game.

Interested players and free to answer the following questions:

+ Do we know each other or not?
+ Do you WANT Roy to know you?
+ How much do you want Roy to find out about you, and how? (How being through network posts, some basic spywork, stalking, etc.)
+ What are your sentiments on the whole Shibusen thing? Do you want Roy to discover this in the future, or somehow pick up on it?
+ Will you be of some use to Roy in the future? Or, do you think you will be?

Ling is all for the sneaky so if Roy needs assistance, Ling is your man. He's teamed up with ROy before for sneaky things so he more or less trusts the guy in a businessy kind of way.


As For Matt, it is notable that he acts as the go between for the countries and Shibusen. This isn't open knowledge unless you're a country or you're Rise, but its something that he could find out. [Oh ho ho what are those sneaky countries doing, having meetings in the class rooms and being shady]

As for Jaime, uh, he's kind of just playing everything by ear right now so we'll wait until his in the game a bit more before I decide where he is and what he's going to be doing.

- Kasai probably wouldn't want Roy to know him particularly well for reasons detailed below. Knowing about him is fine, though.
- Certain people with criminal intent would prefer that Roy did not, in fact, discover that they are not-very-secretly arsonists Anything posted on the network and unfiltered is free game, as is investigation or stalking, but Kasai's dealt with cops and investigation before so he won't put up with it easily.
- He is not particularly fond of Shibusen or their practice of "sealing" the souls of criminals; on the other hand, it's better than being dead. Picking up on it is fine, since he won't exactly be reticent about it.

Shibusen is presumptuous and annoying and why did they have to take him away from Gotham when stuff was going so well and there's no Batman here what is this--

6) He might well help Roy out. He might also say he wants to get paid for it (though he won't really stick to it). ...Actually, perhaps we should talk about this further because if Roy want's someone to do some spying on his behalf, Badou could be his man.

Kanda
1) I don't think they've ever spoken actually...
2) Does Roy want to know him? (Read: Kanda hates people; approach at own risk.)
3) He can do what he likes, but if Kanda catches him stalking/spying Roy will have gained an enemy for life.
4) Kanda deeply dislikes and mistrusts Shibusen. He thinks they are incompetent idiots and he's already been very vocal about that view.
5) If he was to do something helpful, rest assured he wouldn't be doing it to be helpful on purpose.
6) He's really too much of a lone wolf for that. Kanda just wants people to stay the hell out of his way.

Light's going to be giving away absolutely nadda, what with his squeaky clean, GQ image and all, so that one's unfortunately a no (or rather, I should amend that to he'll allow Roy to think whatever HE wants him to think), but... sure thing, he'll help out Roy with his plans (DEPENDING ON WHAT THEY ARE, OF COURSE!), if he can get something out of it, whether that's just brownie points towards his appearance, or something even better to sweeten the deal. Of course, he'll be doing it with the intention of ever so discreetly making Roy HIS bitch in some capacity or another, because that's just what he does with people. XD;

And yeah, he's already hopping to it, asking questions, profiling people and making himself a nice little compendium of info, so it should all be good.
