Hi~ Another newbie here.
I'm Ceri, and I'm tossing in 1940's Hong Kong from Axis Powers Hetalia. He's been taken just as he was preparing himself for a possible invasion from Japan during WWII, and he's still a little wary, coming into Death City. He likes dim sum, tea and lighting firecrackers at the worst possible moment.
He's coming in as a weapon, and resembles a pair of deer horn knives connected by a thin chain that can extend to the will of the meister.
I'll intro him soon and am looking forward to playing with everyone!
