As my post in the positive crit meme says, I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH. But, I do have a few bits of crit to give.
I love the events you guys give us, but I am wondering what happened to the Adachi one. We've had all these other events since then, and I have no idea what's going on with this one. Is it still even happening? And if it's not, could we get some resolution for it? I mean, as some of you mods would now I do have some things I'd like to do with my characters that I can't while there's still a serial killer on the loose and everyone's meant to stay inside. Right now there's no apparent end in sight to this one, and the result is kinda that characters are always meant to be monitoring their movements without us knowing when they can stop that.
Also, I'd like to see more of the NPCs. I know they're meant to give the player characters a chance to take charge and do their own thing, but at the moment it feels more like their absent rather than having a light touch. Like, we had quite a few major events with not one NPC making an announcement about it. They don't need to be all over the place, but it'd be nice to feel like they have a presence, you know? Like they are paying attention to what's going on. At the moment it seems like Shibusen's activiely ignoring the new arrivals.
It might also be good to have a clearer way of contacting the NPC-muns, if say we want a character to ask Stein or Maka to tell them whether they're a Weapon or Meister and we'd like to run this by the mun. At the moment the NPC list just has character namea and journals - it'd be nice if it had a way to oocly get in contact with the muns as well.

As far as characterization goes, I think you do a wonderful job at Lavi, and from the bit I've seen of Jake he looks like he is on the right path. So characterization, DONT WORRY.
However i think you take on more than you can chew log/entry wise. I know you've been busy which is perfectly fine, but the reason why it's best to sometimes say no to log requests--people won't take it personally, so don't worry about that, but not getting tags puts them in an awkward position because then they don't know what might have happened during the log ,or what's okay to assume.
My two cents.

Personally, in terms of language I would prefer that people stick to things like titles and whatnot, and if they use any more then they should include a translation. For the very simple reason that not everyone speaks the languages their characters do. (This really irritated me when I used to play Susan Sto Helit at Discedo, who is canonically described as being able to "speak all languages". And a few people would post stuff in foreign languages. Without a translation. Which, ICly, Susan should understand BUT I DID NOT.)
So yeah - if you use more, just keep in mind that someone who does not understand one word of German and yet plays a German-speaking character (like me!), should be able to understand everything written in his tags.

This is not so much real crit because I cannot say that I am a big Touhou guru, but I've always pictured Reimu to be a lot more optimistic than the way you've portrayed her? The only thing I can base this on is the various video/clips from games I've seen and her profiles which say she's pretty "carefree and optimistic"! There is mention of a slightly aloof side and I think you've got that, but she's a pretty negative character in this game and I thought she was more positive than that.
