There was a huge sandstorm. You can find the summary here (http://community.livejournal.com/soul_ooc/103766.html). It happened over one day (which was elongated to two weeks).

Some people stayed in shelter, some were caught in the storm and had to be saved by teams. Some people were attacked by Kishin. Most prominent that happened was Prussia losing an arm. 8(

But you didn't miss too much since the sandstorm lasted 2 weeks. Uh. Germany was at Shibusen the whole time, and Japan, Italy, and Romano were there, too, to help. So unless you want Liechtenstein all alone in the apartment in the storm (which I don't think Germany would have let happen ;;; ), you can assume she was there and assisted them.

It might be alright for her to jump into the Romano and Italy thread if you want. Just to show she is there.
