MAN, GUYS. I'M SO COOL.
Okay, so this is your resident Prussia aka Celi! I've finally got off my lazy butt and apped this awesome psychic kidten years after my reserve expired. His name is Ness and he's from the game, MOTHER 2, better known as Earthbound (he's the kid with the hat in the SSB series, too).
He's a weapon, he's cool, he has no psychic powers. :( OH. Also, he is aged up a bit for this game so no, you cannot have shota times. 8[Though, hopefully, I'll be bringing in a loli soon enough...sob. Celi, stop being such a creeper.
