'Tis the season
Hey y'all. An missive coming courtesy of some clever person on my flist: apparently Livejournal is currently doing a holiday promotional thing.
It works like this--if you are a paid (or permanent) account holder, you have ten 10$ coupons that can be given as gifts to other users for discounts on paid account time. They cannot be used to renew current paid accounts, but they can be used to upgrade to paid accounts at a discounted rate.
So instead of a paid account costing $19.95/year (on auto-pay) or $25/year (on manual payments), you can get one for $9.95 or $15 respectively.
Now I figure that some of us have paid accounts for our character journals, but some may not yet have them but may want them. And a lot of us paid account users probably have more of these vouchers than we can use ourselves, so why not spread the love around, yeah?
If you want one of these coupons (or if you have some that you'd like to offer to others) just leave a comment here. First come, first served and all that jazz but since I've got like 50 of the things between my own paid accounts, I don't anticipate running out any time soon.
