Soooooo...

Apparently you guys are too awesome for me to have stayed away any longer. So, remember that kid with the blue armor who was too friendly for his own good and asked more questions than a game show host? Yeah, he's back. And he remembers having been here before!

If you have no idea what the heck I'm talking about, my name's Luis, and I'll be bringing in Rock Volnutt of Mega Man Legends fame. To cover the basics: he wears blue armor, is a Digger, explores ruins, searches for treasure, is usually packing, and is spiritual incarnation 109428657093746974 of the original Mega Man, even if he doesn't know it.

Because Capcom can be just as complicated as Clamp when it wants to be.

This time around, he's a Weapon though. A blue metallic gauntlet-cylinder which can transform into three other weapons he's owned, four if we're including Soul Resonance. Said weapons are over HERE, if you wanna take a look-see. Oh, also? He still thinks he's a Meister, since that's what he was when he was here last time.
