He's a meister, with the ability of Soul Dazzle, which allows him to distract the enemy with his glorious soul wavelength!!, attracting their attention to him.

Anyways, I'll probably try and get his first post up tomorrow or something because I just posted with Miranda and she's got like a million tags, so...prepare to be dazzled, Soul Campaign!
