8) He really is. Befriending Condesce is like a one way ticket to getting on Dualscar's watch list, so he'll be abnormally involved and try to stay informed when it comes to Stein's movement. Congrat.

I think they will get along though. n_n Like I said, if he's Codny's moirail, Dualscar's got no choice but to be respectful, even if he is keeping an eye on him. Considering it's Stein, I think they two can come to be on at least decent speaking terms.
