I was under the impression that applications, at the end of their revision time and acceptance or denial were exactly that, accepted or denied, and that after that what the player chooses to do is up to them. This is why I was referring to the acceptance rate and denial rate evenly, with this explanation I can see what you mean by saying that the one is acceptable while the other is not. Realistically it is the percentage of applicants that are approved that I am most interested in, both a comparison to before this change and after.
