About the water-source, I was thinking more of independent in the sense of something like a small underground fountain or well that has been made using technology (and probably lots of luck and money) since it's supposed to be able to last for a while as a shelter without having to rely on outside sources? Would that still be okay? I'm cool with saying there was bottled water for the duration of the event (and it's probably only going to be mentioned in passing anyway) but Aion would definitely not want to rely on something easily jeopardized as a source for something as essential for surviving in the long run as water, especially after what happens in this event, and would go looking for other solutions.

That's what I thought! Feeding anyone that much water to have them go crazy would be pretty obvious (or silly xD), but it'd be a perfect object for studying for certain characters!^^
