I wouldn't call this a full hiatus since it's only going to be for a few days but, from thursday to monday I will be doing my usual job as stage ninja for convention known as Fan Expo Canada.

It's probably best for me to say that despite that I'll be home in the evenings and tomorrow, I won't be tagging at all because last year, this con had made me a massive ball of pure rage at anyone and everyone who spoke to me where I would subject them to a long rant of everything wrong with this event and this year, I'm expecting no different.

I'm also expecting this year to be run over by a mob of 16 year old girls in wizard robes trying to get an autograph from Tom Felton but, that might be paranoia. O_o

This is also a warning that for everyone following my plurk (kilazary) that while I'm doing the 30 day music meme, any other entry that I post the next few days....you might want to mute it unless you find anger to be good entertainment? I will end up venting through that.

Picaro here, bringing you after that fail-prone kittyganster (lionborn), that divine troll (kill_some_time) and that cowboy/demon/alien magnificient bastard (commandorking) my fourth and last character, Ryuuji Keikain from that series that is all about the youkai yakuza, Nurarihyon no Mago!

…He’s basically what you get when you mix MD House, a water mage and a jaded cop all into the form of an not overly tall grumpy teenager and have him born into a family of onmyouji that was cursed by a fox and thinks that they are absolute justice and need to defend humanity from the forces of supernatural beings. By killing them on sight. :| He’s also a jerk with the heart of a jerk and a liar who lets people know that he’s one just to then tell them when he has told a lie. Yeah, he’s nice like that. (But it’s fun when he happens to others.)

I have two tests -- Thursday and Friday. I'm going to go AWOL for those days and generally apologizing for my slow as I also am going to be trying to start a ten-page essay. Life is hard. *laughs*

Hello, Comm~

My name is Lysoke and I'm a nice juicy plate of freshmeat. This red-head with me is known as Jet Link or "002" from the old and, sadly, little loved series, Cyborg 009 (2001 anime version).

Jet is as most anime red-heads are quite firey and has a fairly short temper. He can be pretty rude and has crazy trust issues. However, under the bravado, tough-kid attitude, and teenage-punk show he likes to put on, he's actually a really loyal and well-meaning guy.

Jet is a weapon and he takes the form of an army-issued flamethrower a good image of which can be found wiki because LJ won't let me link you :|
Anyway, my AIM and Plurk are both "Lysoke" and I can't wait to meet/play with you all!~

Morning Training Coordination post

Morning Training happens every day in the city, and most days get handwaved. Once a month a log goes up to play out interactions and teaching. It happens from 6 am to 9 am, and I'll be putting it up sometime on December 12th, in-game.

If you want your character to work on something, drop them in! If you want them to teach, please, please let me know. Training could use more teachers and you never know what CR you'll end up with out of this!

The current lineup is under the cut, let me know if I messed up anywhere, please.

Crawling out of my hiatus and jumping right back to my permanent slowatus, hahaha. Hello, new people! I am Lyn, and I play Kurapika from Hunter X Hunter and Azusa Yumi, one of your NPCs - please check out her permissions post when you have the time, by the way. I'll be using it as a CR request thingie and also to help me keep track of how mean Azusa can be in response to posts that require her attention. I am also one of your mods, although I normally don't handle player concerns. I don't have AIM and web mail access during the day and I can only stay online for a few hours every evening, and then in the weekends unless I'm going out. If there's anything you need to talk to me about, though, the quickest way to get a hold of me while I'm at work is by poking the other mods - they know my work email. For everything else, AIM or LJ PM works well enough, and I'll reply as soon as I'm able to. :>

Oh, also! I'm going to start working on my backlog. :'D Apologies for being so slow lately--and to those who'll be getting ridiculously late replies from me: please don't feel obligated to tag me back, especially if it's getting awkward already. I subsist through backtagging and thus will backtag live threads forever and end up not knowing when it's time to let a thread die. :'Db

I'm sure this comes as a surprise to no one, but I'll be dropping Maya Fey. I'm so sorry to my wonderful cast and all of you wonderful people who've played with me, but I just can't wrack up the motivation to properly throw myself into this lovely game. I'd like to return someday when I'm feeling less burned out, so hopefully when apps open again I'll pop back in and.. actually be active.

Again, I'm so sorry, and thank you, everyone, for playing with me! You're all wonderful.
