hi everyone!! It's nice to meet you!
My name is Cecil and I'm bringing in Sai, everyone's favorite emotionally-challenged secret special forces agent ninja artist. If that wasn't way too much information in one sentence for you, I'm officially impressed. As it so happens, Sai is from the anime about ninjas, Naruto. He's coming from just after Danzo's death (and subsequently, the removal of his curse seal preventing him from talking about Danzo or Root) and he's going to be a little lost at first.
Sai's a meister, and his ability is Soul Animate, and I'm really looking forward to getting him out there and fighting the good fight. :x
