Re: that troublesome guest, would you like Near to be the one to alert the Watch + local authorities that someone's stirring up trouble city-wide? It just seems like a waste not to use the surveillance network in a plot like this, especially given that Near could snap a pic of that guest through his cameras.

Not that it would make much of a difference during this event because, welp, invasion, but still! Just thought I'd ask/offer his services.
