ICly, for safety sake Shibusen will still be asking people to pair up as a sort of buddy system.
OOCly this is so you have someone to play with. Also, this is all volunteer work. Sorry. But you get...Shibusen's eternal gratitude?
Anyway, since we mentioned we will be assigning buddies for this event, Hamel gets to be stuck with Raidou!
