There is a flooded access tunnel, but the cave itself is not submerged. Unless you wanted them to, they would not need to fight in the submerged areas!

That being said, the cave proper is riddled with smaller pools, underground rivers, etc. Chances are they'll be fighting near water, but not necessarily in it.
