For the SEES meeting, Minato wants to discuss operations. He's not good at planning and wasn't involved with the welcome committees in the same way Souji and Minako were, so he wants someone to be in charge of that.

He'll also bring up the outline for the group's refined focus and changes in policy (abolishing the age restriction, higher reliance on volunteerism) as outlined here.

Additionally, he'll bring up the armband, which will likely become an optional fashion accessory after Jules protests, ;)
