Temeraire will.... actually try to go over toward the Seeking a Partner part, aside from being there with the Watch. He is still grieving the loss of Toph, and while he does know it is a selfish thing to still want her there, he simply cannot forget her. However, he knows he needs to have a partner soon enough in order to keep up with his duties at the Watch.

So if any want to try any sort of partnership with him...
