Not sure if Neji will be an instructor any longer after next day change, however he will be asking to resonate with any weapons that need to practice.

Whether or not they can transform or not is irrelevant. Neji's not looking for a partner, just wants to practice resonance with a lot of different weapons for his own training. He'll be hanging mostly around Weapon Transformation, and linger around the Finding a Partner division as well.
